Cialis comes in different dosages with different effectiveness. You should not just take this medication without a doctor’s consent. You should consider consulting your doctor if you plan to take this medication. The most common side effect when taking this drug are headache, dyspepsia, nasal congestion, back pain, flushing, limb pain, myalgia and hypotension.

Cialis may only be used thirty (30) minutes before coitus to treat erectile dysfunction. It is made available in the form of tablets with dosage ranging from 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg and 20 mg. There are different contraindications to be considered that needs to be taken seriously before taking the medication. Cialis is contraindicated in people with severe hepatic impairment. Men with problems with their cardiovascular status who are advised not to engage in sexual activities should not take this medication. Should not be taken by men who suffered from Myocardial Infarction or stroke within the last 90 days are also prohibited from taking this medication. Men who suffer from unstable cardiovascular status occurring sexual intercourse or any vigorous activity are not advised to take this medication.

Those people who have the hereditary disease such as degenerative hereditary disorders should stay away from it. This medication should be taken carefully by older male people. If you have a history of bleeding ulcers it is better to consult your doctor before taking the drug. Avoid the intake of any alcohol when taking this medication. The maximum recommended dose is one tablet per day for most clients. This should not be taken by people with known liver disease. A person with a physical deformity of the penis is also prohibited from taking the drug.
